Solved Good way to paste a HUGE schematic

Ok so my spawn got griefed and my last backup was 13 days ago, I loaded up the old map and made a schematic of my spawn... its high above a ocean so if I paste it a few blocks of it doesnt matter lucky me! But whenever I try and paste it the server crashes. I have tried safeedit and I think its going right now.... Doesnt seem to work to great. Any ideas?

 

Give AsyncWorldEdit a try, if it doesn't work, I'd just leave the server for 10 mins and it *should* be pasted depending on the size.

 

I actually ended up going to a old backup, he did WAY more damage then I had thought. But thanks! I will try and remember this for another time.

 

McEdit is also a good option for next time.

 

I would like to learn how to use mcedit, I think I tried it once and I had nooooo idea what todo. Should I use youtube for tutorials?
