Glowing effect

    I wanted to ask , is there a way to make an item glow in 1.15.2 , i mean I tried with a custom enchant , i register it , but i doesnt work , I also tried by adding an unsafe enchantment and then hidding it with ItemFlags , but nothing works right now, any clue?
