Glitch or confusion with multi inv

Hello, I run a server with multiverse-core, and also have multi-inv. I was wandering, after I realized how many players are upset that they can't take or put items in the nether, because of their inventories. I tried using /mvinv groups, but it didn't do anything. Thank you for helping =)
