Glide from Spawn(-chunk)

Minecraft version: 1.14.4

Suggested name: SpawnGlide

What I want: A plugin that gives the player the ability to glide from the spawn (an island in the air) like with an elytra. If possible the player should be able to boost himself with sneaken once in the air. It's important that the player loses the ability as soon as he is on the ground.
The player should be able to wear armor while he flight.


Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: spawnglide.use (to use the glide ability on the spawn)
spawnglide.boost (to boost himself)
