"Get Plugins" (Where you search for plugins)

So right now on my bukkit.org account It shows that I have made 5 plugins, but on my dev.bukkit account I have made 8 plugins. I was wondering why It doesn't show up on the bukkit.org account, or why I can't find the other 3 plugins in the "Get Plugins' tab.

Plugins(8) Shown on my profile (dev.bukkit.org):
Color Wheel
Horse Craft
Gear Upgrader
Ore Upgrader
Blaze Cooker
SpawnerCraft
SpawnerCage
WebEssentials
Plugins(5) Shown on my profile (bukkit.org):
Color Wheel
Horse Craft
Gear Upgrader
Ore Upgrader
Blaze Cooker
List of plugins(4) I can find in "Get Plugins" tab:
Color Wheel
Horse Craft
Gear Upgrader
Ore Upgrader

List of plugins(3) I can't find in "Get Plugins" tab:
SpawnerCraft
SpawnerCage
WebEssentials

Blaze Cooker is not done, so you can't find It in the "Get Plugins" tab.

Thanks for taking a look at this and I hope you can solve or know what my problem is!
