CraftEssence - A general plugin:
Moved to - Dev Bukkit

All basic commands plus some nice extras.


Features:

• All general commands, if its missing something let me know
• eBeans persistance for data saving "built in bukkit"
• config.yml, motd.txt, and bans.txt will be generated on first run "Dont forget to extract items.txt this file is not created"
• Permissions.
• All permissions use this format craftessence.[commandname]
• Creature blacklist. This gives u the ability to block any creature. with multiworld support.

• "/spawn" - Teleports you to spawn - craftessence.spawn
• "/setspawn" - Sets spawn location - craftessence.setspawn

• "/home invite <player>" - Invite player to your home - craftessence.home.invite

• "/support" - Sends a message to admins - craftessence.support
• use craftessence.support.op on the ranks that u want /support to be sent to

• "/give [player] [id] [amount]" - Adds item to target players inventory
• "/tp [player] <player>" - Teleports you to target player or player to player
• "/tphere [player|*]" - Teleports target player to you or all online players - craftessence.tphere

• "/jump" - Aim crosshair over location and use command and you will tele to there - craftessence.jump
• "/god <player>" - Toggles you or another player to invincible - craftessence.god
• "/kill [player|*]" - Kills selected player, yourself, or all players - craftessence.kill
• "/kick [player|*] <reason>" - Kick player or players with optional message - craftessence.kick
• "/ban [player] <reason>" - Kicks player and adds them to ban list with optional message - craftessence.ban
• "/compass" - Tell you the direction you are pointing - craftessence.compass
• "/pardon [player]" - Removes player from ban list - craftessence.pardon
• "/msg [player] [message]" - Sends private messages to player - craftessence.msg
• "/reply" - Send a message to the last player that /msg you - craftessence.reply
• "/mute [player]" - Toggles a player from being muted to unmuted - craftessence.mute

Known Bugs:

• Spawn, Home, and Warp can only be set once.

• Fix teleport save issues
• Add more stats to user table for the use of web sites.

I didn't put odditem in my plugin folder (forgotten to put it there i think)

 

I use servercraft.co to create a server, and i can only download .jar files, when i download just your .jar file it doesn't give me any config to edit. Its just the .jar this is what my plugins folder looks like

/tphere doesn't work? It says there isn't such a command (internal error). I'm an admin with * privileges (using Permissions).

 

okay so i looked at all the posts here and its only me but i downloaded this odditem and craft essence permisions and it doesnt work
All items have values above 255, making it easy to separate the Block IDs from the Item IDs. Entries marked with a D require additional data to fully define the item in a Beta world. The chainmail set is currently unobtainable without hacking or, in multiplayer, the /give server command.

its stupid becuase whenever i put a plugin it never works and this is what happened when i copied and pasted from the server starter up cmd thing i must be doing something wrong even though i dont see how

Yeesh, also getting massive "Could not get mob blacklist." spam in console. Not too happy with it so far, I must admit.

Don't worry about it. This seems majorly unfinished - will check back in a couple of weeks.

 

Yeah it just plain doesn't work with it constantly spamming "Could not get mob blacklist.", and the author doesn't seem to be supporting it.

 

I have no problem with the plugin, I've tried to cause that error. Do you have a MobBlacklist folder?

It means you havent setup the config for mysql.

 

could you explain or make a video on how to do it. my computer is being issueive.or if you could use a program like teamviewer to show me how to do it on my own computer

 

Create a new folder called MobBlacklist inside plugins/CraftEssence
That should fix the error spam

This will be fixed in next release.

2 issues

/setspawn gives:
[CraftEssence] Spawn did not save.
[CraftEssence] Spawn has been modified.

/spawn then takes you under the map.

/sethome gives:
[CraftEssence] Home did not save.

Sound like part of your prob was you didnt set the "mysqlDB: jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/craftbukkit" to the correct database
