   Just wondering what i can put into .getWorld().setGameRuleValue(arg0, arg1); ?
   Is arg0 the gamerule, and arg1 the value?

   Here's the javadocs for it. Yes, arg0 is the rule and arg1 the value. You can edit these rules in game by writing /gamerule <rule> <value>. These gamerules will stick through server restart, reload, etc.
