GAListener already crashed when I downloaded it... -.-

I'm setting up Votifier and GAListener, I have set my ip as host in Votifier config.yml, I did not change the port. Then I downloaded GAListener, put it in my plugin folder, stopped the server and put it on. Crash.
I tried google it but it said:

400. That’s an error.

Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. That’s all we know.

Do you mean "Server" like Spigot, Bukkit or Build. And how can I fix it?

Yes BuildTools, spigot1.8.8 and craftbukkit1.8.8, every plugin is working though except this one.
