  3. could you make it possible not to die when you surrender? it conflicts with a plugin im using and when you surrender you lost all your items DX

    well the problem is, you can not just copy a map from someone else you also need the config files for that. and besides my map is a public creative map so im not posting the map in the video srry..

    and for all the users that are waiting for a update, i was waiting till 1.8 becouse i dont want to update my plugin every 3 weeks for another version that has its bugs and thingy's. so as soon 1.8 is out i will update my plugin and post it.

    I just tried your plugin and it really is cool. :D thanks. especially your help and guidance to new players it just seems like advice pops up at the moments you need it. (like hinting the player he should not place more boats because he is done placing boats etc... Very nice hope to see the auto clear after play implemented. and the iconomy support.

    i was just busy with giving it the finishing touch, ill upload it at the end of the weak! i still need to test a few things with 2 player mach cuz i dont have anyone to test it for me :p but i will get it up and running on the end of the week!

    OK GUYS Version 1.0 is up! i just raised it to 1.0 becouse there were sow many bugs and there are allot of new features in it that i thought: this plugin is done! only bugs will be fixed and maby some new features... but for now this plugin is done i guess;)

    how do i let my non ops use the start command and inv command

    you could use permissions. but if you don't want to: i can add an extra option in the settings where you can select which command ignores permissions (non op can use it).

    something like this? :
    Start: True​
    Invite: True​
    Remove: False​

    ect.. if you want it ill add it ;)

    Heya, was messing with this today and I'm not sure but something went wrong.
    I setup a game with the computer, then I tried doing /zs surrender yes and it killed me but didn't restart the game or return my inventory. Idea's?
    Heres the console errors I got.

    Thank's for any and all help you give. I love the plugin, I just wasn't expecting this xD

    Edit - I did manage to get out of the game by exiting minecraft and rejoining. After that I could clear the maps, join a new game, start a new one, etc.

    thanks for providing enough information, i fixed the bug and updated the version in the first post. v1.1 contains:

    • Version 1.1
      • Fixed:
        • Cant surrender when playing against the computer (gives a Null Error).
      • New Features:
        • new settings added: you can now select which command ignores any permissions.
      • How to Update:
        • Stop your server.
        • Replace"plugins/ZeeSlag.jar" with the new version.
        • Delete the file: "plugins/ZeeSlag/Settings.yml". this is because some new settings are added.

    indeed the prisonmode setting does this, this is just an little anti-cheat method.

    Did not create anything for me:
    first startup
    no ZeeSlag map or anything like it created.
    when typing /zs start ZeeSlag

    This Playerfield does not exist!.....

    Anything broken?

    hmm never got this problem before... maybe it has something to do with folder/file creation rights?
    are you the administrator on the pc you are running your server on? is your java up-to-date?

    and did you used the "/zs spawn" command to create a field and then used the "/zs start" command?

    Hi jucko, so good to see dutch games promoted too. i use this on my server

    There are some improvements i can think of:

    1] random time for computer move when playing against the server. Now the server move is instantly which is good for debugging but really unrealistic for the player. maybe you should add some random "think" time before the server does it move (between 1 and 5 seconds for example) or maybe add a property to set this.

    2] sometimes i cannot invite anyone as someone has typed zs_invite but the other has never accepted. I think you should add a timeout to all actions that cause a field to be in a waiting state without anyone playing. For example make an invite timeout after 1 minute. (so others can play and the field is not held occupied by an unanswered invite.)

    Same for players who dont place their boats within 5 minutes. or who dont click a possible boat target position within one minute. maybe it could be like this:

    accept_timeout : 60 seconds
    boat_placement_timeout: 300 seconds
    turn_timeout: 60 seconds

    you could also make it nicer by placing the boats or doing a random move after the timeout.

    sorry so many ideas, and i know its easy to have ideas but much harder to implement them :)

    for me the most important fix would be the timeout on invites.

    Thank you for your excellent plugin!

    Just wanted to find out if there was any reason why you weren't supporting iConomy 6 plugin yet? It's been out for quite some time now and they're up to 6.08b. I've been using it extensively since it first came out and it's extremely stable and works well.

    wiigor... that is just a brilliant idea!!! when i made this plugin i was on my own in my server, had no-one to test it for me. i just scripted the "multiple player" support without ever testing it out. and so i could never ever come up with such an idea because iv'e never had an problem like that ;) ill put it on the main page as an feature request and will put it as soon as possible in the new version ;)

    well first of all when i looked at the new way that i need to access this plugin, its quite difficult and there was (maybe there is now) no tutorial for the new version at all so i didn't want to figure it out my self. I'll take a look if there is any new information about it and will try to add iconomy 6.

    Thank you for writting it, its nice to see how enthousiastic you are :) Im planning to make multiple playgrounds on my server including zeeslag. (now there is only one field just behind the spawn)
