Inactive [FUN] mobSpawner 1.8.1 - spawning Mobs by command or sign

    With this plugin you can spawn mobs with a command or with a sign. Have awesome battles vs Mobs
    • Permission Support
    • Spawn mobs by command or sign
    Commands:Permission: mobSpawner.command

    • /ms <Mobname> -> 1 mob at the target block
    • /ms <Mobname> <amount> -> n mobs at the target block
    • /ms <Mobname> <aPlayer> -> 1 mob at the position of the Player
    • /ms <Mobname> <amount> <APlayer> -> n mobs at the position of the Player
    • /msset <setting> <value> *
    • /mssetspawn <mobname> ->Change the mob that spawn **
    • /msitem item/spawner (<amount>) -> Give you the item for right click on a spawner(set the location of the mssetspawn command) spawner for the Mob_Spawner-Block ***
    *you need mobSpawner.command.setting
    **you need mobSpawner.setSpawn
    ***mobSpawner.Item.getSpawner / mobSpawner.Item.getItem

    Sign:Permission: mobSpawner.sign
    • First line: ms
    • on the other lines: <Mobname> (<amount>)
    • on the 4th line a direction + a number or nothing or {playername}
    Right click on the sign

    Settings: Permission: mobSpawner.command.setting
    • signTime: How many seconds you have to wait for press the next "ms.sign"
    • cmdTime: How many seconds you have to wait for writting the next "ms-spawn command"
    • mobname: enable disable mob for spawning by the mobSpawner plugin (need permission mobSpawner.command.toggleMob)

    Does the /msset work for redstone-powered signs?
    I can't seem to be able to set delay for redstone-input.

    Is in your server property by spawn-mob (i dont know the name) false?

    Is it possible to spawn angry wolves? I think having those as an option would be useful for what I want to do, and my server likes to take up enough RAM as it is, so I don't want to get too many more plugins.

    If you don't have a permission plugin only ops can use this plugin. (Except red stone).

    Hi, i use a sign with a wire leading to a pressure plate and it works fine but ignores the msset timesign 120 setting. Could it be possible to get it to go with the timesign setting using redstone wire?

    Does this conflict with Essential's SpawnMob?
    I cant seem to get the sign spawning to work for me. I'm setting it up properly, it just doesnt spawn anything. The /ms command works fine though, so its not like the plugin isnt active.

    Also, no errors in the console.

    Um … using /ms <mobName> spawns them inside the block I'm pointing at. This usually kills the chickens, which is funny but not so useful.

    What I wanted to do was to have the plugin spawn a bunch of chickens inside a room on a set timer. I needed this for an archery range so that it spawns creatures inside the room every few minutes or so. Can I do this?

    You could create a redstone clock. Sometime's it'll need to be reset though. :/

    At the time signTime does not work with redstone.
    I know that the mob spawn inside the block, I will try to fix that
    I don't know if there is a confilct with essentials spawnmob. You can delete the plugin and check if it works

    Could you make a version of this in which you need to make a certain symbol or use a certain item in some way, similar to runecraft? That would be great.

    i make a sign with:
    line 1: ms
    line 2: Chicken 3

    and nothing happens :(

    where i wrong?

    on build 803 and no errors in console.

    @EmanuxJade maybe your signTime is too long. On mine server it works fine. Redownload the jar-file

    can u make it to where, a player(any player) steps on a pressure plate and X amounts decided by admin will spawn by default and of certain mob type

    At the moment there is no possibilty for support signTime on Redstone Signs.

    sorry your plug is awesome but i am using an other plugin wich the same command and its passting alot of errors could you please change it from /ms to /mspawn ^_^ thanks if yes.

    heads up, this pluggin won't spawn any PigZombies no matter how hard I try. I would love input on anything I might be doing wrong. I have a server with a local mob spawner where a player pushes a button, activates a series of redstone circuits then activates the signs....well only a few signs work. I would love to have the pluggin developer come by and check out the problem and see if he can come up with a fix.

    Can you also put a optional time limit on how long a sign can be activated with redstone? For example, I don't want somebody spamming a redstone button which activates a sign that results in 100+ mobs spawning causing the server to lag.
