    Agreed totally understand, and lemme just quote "Please back up your NPCs, as there may still be bugs." from the OP. But that being said a message saying something like "we know there's an issue" or "we're working on it" would make my day xD

    PLS HELP ME: i have edit some quests and in my last quest i want that you must kill an npc, i have named him [npc]tom and i have set the string: [npc]tom in player combat, but when i get to the npc and want to hit him nothing hapens, i cant hit him, anyone knows why?

    Hey i just updated my citizens and i went into the game and all my npc's were gone. So i looked in the files and all of the npc profiles where there. But ingame it says there are no npc's. I wanted to know if there is anyway i can retrieve them ingame without having curruption. I had a lot and i would like to get them back without having to restart and set them all up again. Please help!

    Tmallen01-Hey if I remeber I had this problem before and took me ages to figure out what was wrong. Then I found out that I did not update the craft bukkit file.
    Edit: Oh and remeber to make sure the name in your RUN.bat file is changed to match the new craft bukkit.jar file....It may sound silly but I did it :p

    Everytime I try and make an NPC it says command not reconied do /npc help but I keep gettin command not reconized do /NPC help what do I do?

    i have a q i cannot figure out , citizens 2 will be the 1.2.3 version but when we go to the link there's around 6 or 7 jar files one cit and the rest classes are we ment to install them all ?, owner of pug-in would like your help on that one please

    citizens 2 has been completely rewritten , so your npc's from cit one will not work jugging by what i have read i had some to so kinda depressing but that's life im afraid have a op npc making day or week in your case

    Hey i have a probleme?

    i have create an npc and toggle to trader and then i make him unlimited then i stuck him with items then i set a price then i set owner to ex "o" then i should could buy from him? but when i click item i can pick it up and take it in my inv without pay i have deop and set to builder but no diffrence i have 1.2.3 pre realese citizens plugin

    what can i do ? :S

    We've just installed the beta Citizens2, and I created librarianBob. He is an npc that I had in the library who talked to people who came in (also using bookworm for actual books).
    The problem is that when I enter text edit with /npc text (I am successfully in text editing mode) I can not add text! I use "add Hello!" (no quotation marks) and I get the message that I have input an invalid type. I've tried /add and /npc add etc. but nothing works. It's all invalid input type. Is there something I don't have or need to do? do I have the command wrong? I've tried everything I can think of, thought maybe I 'm missing a file or some essential element to add the text.

    I tried that, it tells me that i have entered an invalid command as soon as I type in

    add

    but I'm going to go try it again right now! and see if putting the hello on the next line works. *That's* something I haven't tried before!

    Yes this is confirmed. There's like a dozen open tickets about this on Citizens bukkitdev. They are unresponsive to clicks. :(

    Even after that update on Jenkins, my NPCs stop accepting the right clicks after about 5-10 min. What do you suggest I do?

    quickclay - you need an IRC client like mIRC or a web one like mibbit, and hop onto esper net IRC #citizens.

    About the right clicks issue - this is not Citizens' fault, we need Bukkit or Mojang to have a fix for this.

    Is there a way to have guards or NPCs in general die permanently or set a respawn timer to a very long period?

    This plugin is pretty well balanced except, you pay once, and guards last forever. Also, Evil NPCs can be made into a bandit camp or something, but if they respawn intantly, that would suck. Thanks!

    Sorry to ask, but are there any way to choose what wizards can spawn or not? I just would like to remove those tnt, exp bottles, unknown, ender crystal... still can't figure how. Please help? Im using 2060.
