Sorry for the huge delay in updates but I've just started a new server and have been busy getting it going, and since I was the one that chose the inbuilt messages, I have no immediate want for a config.

Oh, oops. It worked for me, but I may have broke it in a bug fix since I last tested it.

 

uhh whenever I issue the command with too many arguments it says in the chat /slap [-hdvs] [target]... there is no spot for strength and whenever I issue /slap it slaps me (expected) without a message (not expected) why no message? I looked in the config and it had messages in there. Also if I type /slap Devian50 10 (slapping myself with a power of 10 it gives me the too many arguments...

 

Sounds like you're using CommandBook, which has a similar thing built in, which is what you're getting. Help for that is here.

Version 0.6.6 is out which fixes all known bugs, including the config not being read properly.

oh yes I am using commandbook... forgot about CommandBook's slap command... do you happen to know of any way to disable commandbook's slap? I would much prefer to use yours...

You can make a custom build of CommandBook on the website and uncheck the slap command. I think. Not sure about the error. Try deleting the Slap folder and trying again after sorting CommandBook.

You can slap via console already. I fixed that in v0.5.3.

Place the Slap.jar into your plugins folder and reload or restart the server. If you use Permissions, you have to give your admins the Permissions node slap.slap (and if you use Slap 0.7+, slap.megaslap).

It's a rabbit. The permissions are in the main post: slap.slap.

Edit: It still uses Permissions 2/3 and not bukkit permissions.

Demanding it in giant red text isn't going to make it any more likely (or possible) to happen.

 

Tested, fully working in Craftbukkit #1337. Version 0.7 coming soon. Does anyone mind awfully if I collect usage stats? Nothing personal, it would simply just tell me that someone is using my plugin. I'm curious how many people use them. It would be possible to disable it obviously.

It works if you use the raw colour codes.
