Found Diamonds

Suggested name: FoundDiamonds

What I want: Very lightweight plugin where if you mine diamonds which are not placed by a player (naturally spawned diamond) Lets say if its a branch of 4 it will say (FD)&b %Player% found %numberofdiamondsinthebranch% diamonds. This will appear when you finish mining all the diamonds or it can be after breaking one diamond in the branch it says the message.
Ideas for commands: no commands

Ideas for permissions: found.diamonds ?

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible

 

In 10 minutes is quite soon? Or too long?

I have Craftbukkit:
- 1.7.2
- 1.7.9
- 1.7.10
- 1.8

 

@Experminator would like spigot but Craftbukkit 1.8 is the same anyways

@Experminator It still says found diamonds when I place the diamond and then mine it, It should only say it to natural ore and it should only say like you found 4 diamonds but you just mined one although there are 4 in a branch

 

@Hetjoshi Uhmmm... I'm sorry, but it's not possible to that. It's too advanced for me.

Because i must add a system that checks players placed a diamond ore.... And i must check if there is a block near that.
