Suggestion Forum cooldown

Okay. I'm active on this forum, especially the plugin developement section, and I noticed, that they are just some people, who can't solve any of their problems. There is not just one example for this (3 in this week). Last time I helped somebody, and the answer included using Hashmaps. I did not answer it instantly (you know, life and such), and he made a new thread about how to use hashmaps. Is there a way to create something like a cooldown, so you can only start one thread per day? Thanks for reading.

 

That's a great idea for discouraging community participation! While we're at it, can we disallow any posts shorter than 1000 words?

Instead, there are moderators who can easily manage these duplicates by monitoring the forums and deleting duplicates.
