This wouldn't really work, unless you want to have 2 messages every time they use a command (being this and the normal permissions plugin). There's no way that I can think of that actually allows you to override AND be able to use such feature which you have overridden - unless the method which handles it in the other plugin is a public method, at least. But then you'd have to compile it with that plugin, like essentials, if that's managing your homes. Of course, I could be wrong. I just woke up.
