Colored chat for each player and group, consisting of permission nodes!

Suggested name: Anything you like, the best I could think of was 'ChatColored'

What I want: I would like a plugin that uses permission nodes to determine what color each player speaks in. For example, I use PermissionsBukkit, and if I gave the group "Beginner" the following (example) permission node, all the people in the group would talk in the color gray.
chatcolored.&7
And if I gave the group "Admin" the following permission node, they would speak in green.
chatcolored.&a

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: chatcolored.&a, chatcolored.&7, chatcolored.&b, chatcolored.&c, etc

When I'd like it by: Up to 5 days, but other than that, as soon as possible please

 

easy but cant u use permissions?

 

Use (PermissionsEx) /pex group Beginner prefix "&7[Beginner]"
Then the player name is colored, too.

 

does this color the player's chat messages or just the rank and name?

 

Set the suffix to '&a' or whatever colour, that works on my server!

 

set the suffix instead for chat message only.
