"Flying is not enabled on this server" error

    Hi,

    I'm running a clean copy of Bukkit (1.5.2-R.0.1 beta) with allow-flight set to false. Every time I /reload my server a couple of my players (and me sometimes) get kicked with a "Flying is not enabled on this server". None of these players are actually flying. It just appears to be some bug but it's getting really quite annoying and a lot of players are complaining about it.

    JoshArgent Perform restarts then, not reloads.
