Flower Plugin (please read)

Hello, anyone who is viewing this thread... i have been searching for a plugin that would help me with this. i haven't found any yet with what i want.
basically i want a very simple plugin that is grows flowers (all of them, not just roses and dandelions) tall flowers too like peonies and lilacsm and sunflowers. kind of like the plugin "botany" just that it grows flowers. it would be great if there was a config for maybe having a percentage of what flowers to grow or "out of this many flowers placed, how many should be *insert flower name here*" and most important for this plugin would be to be able to change how many blocks per ticks are placed. thanks for reading all of that and i hope it wouldn't be too much of a problem to make this.
