First Plugin

Hi guys! I'm new to plugin developing and I'd like to know some basic code and how to use Eclipse!
I'd also like to know how to:
Connect with others plugin like my first plugin need to be use with AuthMe, after the player issues /register <Password> <ComfirmPassword> then my plugin will pop out something and tell player to issues some command!
Next on, I want to know how to make above the player's head had some text like this:

The 'Hello DevBukkit ' is what I want!
So basicly what I just want is like this! Thanks for your help!

@Forcelydated If the plugin has an API then you can connect to it. Otherwise no.
