File keeps getting auto rejected (exe)

While I realise the problem itself might have to do with the fact that it is an exe file. Non the less there are projects that are not plugins.

Who should I contact, what should I do? I've been trying endlessly and I don't know what to do anymore.

I hope someone can help.

@timtower I'm afraid you misread my question. I already knew this, I just wanted to know how to submit a project that is not a plugin.

Projects aren't approved until a valid file is uploaded. I'm stuck.

 

@timtower Then why if I may ask are there projects like BukkitGUI? Have these guidelines changed because I can't find them.

 

@timtower Pretty sure BukkitGUI is C# but that doesn't matter.
