[feedback] plugin organization

I like the layout to bukkitdev, but there should be an easier way to search through plugins. categories are great but there are around 700 items in the admin tools category. things like "most recent" or "popular" would be useful, as well as other search guidelines along those lines (pun intended).

but it still beats the old plugin list either way xD
