Failed to connect to server Connection Refused: Connect

When I try joining my server I get this message "Failed to connect to server Connection Refused: Connect"

But look at the following...

What am I doing wrong?

 

Did you try typing "locahost" instead of your ip?

 

Just tried, and it came up with "Un-able to find locahost" :/

Did you forward your port and give your friends the external ip?

 

its something to do with the did the system time change or overload thing because now my server no work and i keep getting that!!!!!
that message spams it! like mine!

Try making your own thread, and not spamming other people's.
OP, in the .properties folder, leave the ip field blank. This will allow you to connect by typing in 'localhost' and others to use the hamachi ip. Hope that helps!

Well I don't know how hamachi works, but have you tried disabling it, then connecting to your server by using localhost?

 

The problem i think is, minecrat default port is 25565, you changed it to 2211

There fore you need to connect whith 5.72.249.159:2211
if localhost
127.0.0.1:2211

and if that doesn't work, try removing the server-ip you have enterd
