Factions and Herochat Compatibility

Now I was not sure which forum to post this in so Bukkit staff, feel free to move this is needed.

I have been trying for weeks upon weeks to contact the Herochat and Faction support teams and I have received no response from either of them! This has absolutely driven me crazy and I can no longer stand it, so I come here in hopes that someone else might be running into this same problem or may have a fix.

Factions version: 1.7.7 Beta
Herochat version: 5.6.4
Craftbukkit 1.3.2 R2.0

I am basically trying to have the chat formatted like this for the Global channel:
[G] [FactionName][PlayerName] message

What I have tried:

Added {faction_roleprefix} ​

Correctly displays if user is Owner/Officer (**/*)​

Added {faction_title_pr}​

Correctly shows the player title in the faction (Created by /f title <player> <title>)​

Command: /f config chatTagReplaceString [FACTION]​

chatTagReplaceString is not found in the config error​

No matter what I try I cannot get the player's faction to appear in the chat. Does anyone have any recommendation on something to try ?

I can provide more information if needed.
