Minecraft version: 1.11.2 [Current Server version I Am Using]

Suggested name:Faction Beacons

What I want: I'd like a plugin that disables the ability to get effects from beacons when in another players faction,Allies and Truces are a grey area for me [I Think I Used This Right] i don't really know maybe there can be an option in the config to set to false or true for the different types so you can disable it for every one but allies or even enemy's.


Ideas for commands: /f beacon allow\deny Ally-Truce-Enemy-What ever Non Factions Are Called.

Ideas for permissions: Fbeacon.bypass. [I Know Not How Permission 'Structures?' Work]

When I'd like it by: When ever possible but hopefully soon.
