Problem/Bug /f in Factions wont work?

    In my Magma 1.12.2 Minecraft server, whenever I try to do /f it says "Unknown command. Type /help for help."

    The plugin is enabled, it says in the console. I've also done /plugins and it shows up. However, even still when I do /f it doesn't work (same Unknown Command message pops up). In the mstore folder MassiveCore folders are there, however, no faction folders anywhere.

    I haven't touched any MassiveCore Config files if it matters, and I've tried to reinstall the factions jar, same result, didn't work, with the same error.
