Extra features in my Web Admin?

Hey,

I'm trying to make my own little web admin for private use, and I was thinking of what I want to add to it.

I came to this things:
- Console (history of what people said, commands used etc.)
- Run commands and send chat/broadcast messages
- Restarting/Reloading/Backup etc.
- Live map

I know how to make the live map, but I don't know how to make the other 3 things...
Does anyone know how to do this? I would be pleased if someone could help me.
