Execute program through resources pack

    I dont know if this is called hacking, but is it possible to make minecraft client executes a program or install a mod while loading resources pack? If legal and possible, how?

    @RcExtract Don't think that it is possible as a resource pack is texture and sound only as far as I know.
    And if it was possible: not legal.
