Problem/Bug /execute at @p[scores={carrot.timer=5..}] run mvtp @p world | Command isn't running

Basically this issue stems down to Multiverse Portals not being able to work with /execute and run in command blocks. /Mvtp @p [worldname] works fine with a normal command block with a button. Can anyone send me in the right direction? I've been running up a wall for a week browsing for forums with no similar question.
