Filled Execute a command when you spawn

Suggested name: SpawnCommands

What I want:
I'd like a plugin when you die or you do /suicide it executes multiple commands when you spawn like for example you do /suicide and you can set it on the config of list of commands that will execute when you spawn from dying.
Ideas for commands:
/sc reload - reloads the plugin
Ideas for permissions:
sc.reload - allows you to reload the plugin
sc.bypass - bypass so the command wont execute upon you

Read:
It will support chat colors.
You can put <player> in config to use the dead players name.
Do not use slashes (/) in the config.
Do not use the /tp command in the config. If this is a problem, I'll try to come up with a solution.
Also I do not know why you want to make a new command for reloading the server; you can just use /reload. Do you mean you want a command to reload the config?
