Problem/Bug Everyone's usernames are red even without op...

    i have an aternos server and after setting up some stuff ive come to realize that ops have their coloured users but everyone else has red usernames which is kinda annoying is there a way of fixing this?

    Plugins: Clearlag, EssentialsX, GriefPrevention, HolographicDisplays, PlayerHeads, PowerRanks (not this for sure issue continues after removing this), Promotion Essentials, SignShop, Vault, Worldedit, Worldguard

    its a 1.16.4 server btw
