Filled Every hour = 2 gold blocks PLUGIN

    Hey I have a server where gold is money and I'm searching for someone who can develop a plugin
    That gives you 2 gold blocks every hour without having permission
    *Per world.*

    It just needs to give everybody 2 gold blocks every hour they have been online.
    When being only for 32 minutes and rejoin you still get your rewards 28 minutes later.
    Anything unclear about this or do you want to develop this plugin leave it here. :)
