Problem/Bug EssentialsChat | Prefix | Problem

Hello, can someone please help me with my issue?

My plugins, EssentialsX and EssentialsChat's performance are really good. I also have GroupManager. I configured my EssentialsX and changed the prefix for chat ----> '&7{DISPLAYNAME} &8» &7{MESSAGE}'

I made my GroupManager prefixes look like this ----> Factioneer | Hirroshii » Hi!
But instead it shows something like this ----> [L]Factioneer | Hirroshii » Hi!
I also installed HCFactions.
