Solved Essentials usermap not initialized???

Hello,

I have made my own Spigot 1.14.3 server, went through the config of essentials, started, and joined.
But when i chat it won't post a message, instead is prints Essentials usermap not initialized to the console. I am also unable to type in commands such as fly, gmc, essentials stuff (An internal error occured when performing this command). please help.
