Essentials "The Helk"

I have essentials installed on my server. All the commands work. When I type in /spawn or /setspawn is tells me unknown command. Then I go to the config file and it clearly shows on the command list /spawn. Yet in-game it says unknown command? Any help?

 

EssentialsSpawn is a separate jar file, you need that for the spawn to work

 

Oh is that a file I need to download?

 

Yea, it comes with the Essentials Core Package on their plugin page

 

Well then I should have the /spawn command yet I dont?

 

Check your /plugin and make sure it shows EssentialsSpawn.

 

I do have it. It still shows unknown command.

 

What version of Bukkit and Essentials / EssentialsSpawn are you using?

 

Current I downloaded the current version.

I dont know. I just hit the download button a couple of days ago. What version is that?

Essentials 2.9.6 is for CB 1.4.5, if you are using CB 1.4.6 then you need to use a dev build from Essentials for now.

 

Where do I get the 1.4.6 build?

I went there but I can only find the non dev downloads not the dev.
