Problem/Bug Essentials Spawn

    HELP!

    1st priority
    So I have this problem with essentialsspawn. Whenever I restart the server the spawnpoint resets.
    So when I log in again, and try to use /spawn it says: Error: null
    The same as for the warps! pls help :rolleyes:

    2nd priority
    Du you know how to remove the join message?:
    Player joined the game
