   if anybody else has this problems, there is a No teleporting protection in PreciousStones. you have to disable this.

   for me the group goes
   group: admin
   not a line down and a hyphen, give that a try maybe?

   no, that won't do it, it's only for my default group, and the way i have it setup is how the permissionEx guidelines are. We're getting the right groups, just the default group permission isn't working for some reason.
