Problem/Bug Essentials Shows wrong IP

Hello everyone, i have a problem since a few weeks.
everytime someone joins my server. the IP of the player is 127.0.0.1
For example:
/seen AnimeWolfMC

Player AnimeWolfMC has been online since 3 days 14 hours 31 minutes 48 seconds. (its true, 3 days online)
- IP Address: 127.0.0.1
- Location: (world, 255, 70, 280)

This causes the problem that if i change my name, i have to give myself OP, again and other people who change their name lose their rank.
i want it like this again:
/seen AnimeWolfMC

Player AnimeWolfMC has been online since 1 hours 0 minutes 10 seconds
- IP Address: 80.60.XXX.XXX
- Location: (world, 0, 0, 0)

How do i fix the "127.0.0.1" problem??

and every player loggs on with ip 127.0.0.1

 

@CyberWolves Network Are you using something like BungeeCord? Because then your IP will be "localhost".

And when you change your MC-Name your permissions remain (unless your server is in offline mode)

 

@MisterErwin it only happens to certain servers. Because on the CWNW City i have my own ip and not the 127.0.0.1 IP

 

@CyberWolves Network Do the configs and server versions/builds match?

Spigot (as example) added BungeeCord support. But you did not answer my question for BungeeCord
