Essentials /me for Local Chat

    I've searched for quite a while to try to find a solution, and I've come up with nothing.

    I need the '/me' command in essentials to display in local chat, so that only people within 15 blocks can see it, instead of it displaying globally.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
