Problem/Bug Essentials Economy permissions not working (PermissionsEx)

I've given permissions (essentials.pay and essentials.balance) to the default group so they can do /pay and /balance but when people try and use the commands, it acts like they don't have permission to like I never did it though it's there.

(Using Essentials.2.x.Snapshot)

 

If you are using permissionsEx or Group manager post the permissions using pastebin.com
Also what's your server version.

Essentials doesn't support 1.10 try using EssentialsX

 

I switched to EssentialsX and have the same issue.

Can anyone help? Maybe I'll try to switch to Iconomy if it's possible to disable EssentialsEco if I can't find a solution. My players also can't do help, sethome, or home either even though I gave the perms to it and other plugins have been acting wonky with perms as well though I doublechecked and they're correctly put in.

Switching to Groupmanager (EssentialsX) fixed the issue, thanks for the help though.
