Problem/Bug Essentials anti build How can i prevent Players to place commandblock or break ?

I have a problem i tried to put a blacklist on antibuild essential. the command block but it doesnt work i did essentials.build
i want to prevent player use it and place it this i did on texte but not working

btw i did put essentials.build for member
