Essenials Plugin Won't Work!!!! HELP

    Okay, i use spigot server and i downloaded the Spigot version of it. I have the zip folder, put it in my plugins folder, Extracted it, and then i opened it. Inside i extracted the stuff inside the folder. After that i reloaded my Spigot server and i did /plugins and Essentials did not pop up. Then it kept saying EssentialsProtect was in emergency mode. The Reason why i need essentials is so i can use permissionsex (PEX). Since then i've used replacement plugins there aren't that good.

    Code:
    org.bukkit.plugin.InvalidPluginException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/bukkit/event/entity/EntityListener
    It is missing a class.
    About your other errors: Factions requires MassiveCore
    SuperHub is made for a different version of the server.
    DynmapPlotMe requires dynmap
    Server-Ranks requires Vault
    Automessage has a bad formatted config, line 25
    MoneyBar is also complaining about Vault

    And you need to clean up your plugin files, you have 7 plugins where you have 2 versions of them.

    So if i delete thoughs four, essentials will work?

    I dont need thoughs four plugins anymore

    That not, don't know why it isn't able to find that class.
    Try removing everything related to Essentials and install it again.

    well i've done that before, but should i delete thoughs other plugins? and 3 of my essentials plugins wont delete from my Plugins Folder

    @LittleDogHead Or install the dependencies.
    And stop the server, then modify the plugin, you probably can't remove them because the server is still running.

    @LittleDogHead Some things require other things to work, that is called a dependency.
    DynmapPlotme requires Dynmap to work for example, needs something to show the plots on.

    But im not using that plugin anymore, so i'll delete it with the plugin PLUGMAN

    Don't, just stop the server and remove it by hand.

    then, if i start back up the server the plugins in the plugin folder will pop back up

    Did you stop the server? Did you remove the files from the plugin folder?

    okay, just removed the plugins, and stopped the server. So do u want me to start back up the server now?

    @LittleDogHead Different order please, stop the server, then remove the plugins.

    @LittleDogHead Then they should be gone when you start the server.
    And if not:
    Redo and paste your server log again.

    @LittleDogHead How are you removing them? Because it is impossible to say that you have removed all Essentials jars and there are 2 left, at least.

    I extracted the essentials, but it only popped up Essentials Protect, when i was in game

    1. Stop the server.
    2. Remove all Essentials related plugins from your server.
    3. Start the server, nothing from essentials should be popping up.
    4. Stop the server again.
    5. Reinstall Essentials without getting double files.

    Seriously, 3 of the jar files cant be removed, the Essentials.jar, EssentialsGroupManager.jar, and EssentialsProtect-2.x-SNAPSHOT, after that it asks me "Would u like to skip or try again to remove these files?" The server is not running when i delete them! WAIT WAIT WAIT it works sorry

    Does it also tell you why? How are you removing them? Is the server running when you try to remove them?

    Are you running Spigot 1.8.8 ? If so, the official Essentials will not work. You have to use the edited version, but even that have some issues with it.
