It's LWC. The site for its auto-updater is currently having some issues. Just ignore the error, it won't affect anything.

 

Im having the same problem on a fresh install of 1.2.3-R0.2 Beta, Happens whenever anyone logs in. I re-installed bukkit from scratch and no fix.
