Error that's causing my server to crash?

Can somebody explain why this is happening?

I figured it out, its because of my outdated essentials plugin that's not compatible with 1.7.5

If you want it to stop crashing, you probably need to download more RAM to your server or remove plugins that you don't need.

 

I just want to say, you cannot download RAM. RAM is hardware, not software. That means it's a physical item that gets put inside your computer. You can adjust settings as to how your computer uses it's available RAM, and maybe that's what you meant, but you cannot just "download more RAM".

 

It would be cool to download RAM.... BUT HOW??? Maybe a future world will know how.
