   Once I start the server it runs fine for about 15-20 mins, then it crashes

   @Phineask12 Internal Minecraft error by the looks of it.
   Delete all entities from the world using MCedit or similar ( make a backup first )
   Then try again.

   I removed all entity's from the world and all command blocks, and some outdated, abandoned plugins, but it still crashes, but this time the error is different:

   You're using an outdated version of ProtocolLib. Version 4.2.1 did not have support for 1.12. You should download the new 4.3 version.
