Enough RAM & CPU but sloooow Server

    Hay Guys!
    A'm running a Minecraftserver on my Debian Machine with 5 Gigs RAM (4 is still free) and 4*3,4 GGHZ but am still getting biiig lags.. Network does give me around 150k..

    I have the latest Release (1.01) running and this Plugins:
    All Plugins are checked 2 be the latest version..
    , and dont blame Permissions - i tried PermEx a while with same result..

    There are no Error Messages in both, running log and server-start, and sometimes the whole Server just disconnects all users... ([INFO] Read timed out).. Sometimes its workin perfect, sometimes it isnt..

    Do you guys know any of the plugins above havin conflicts?
