Solved enable pvp in a region

    i have a world that has pvp disabled, and i want to enable pvp in a region, i used world guard to enable the pvp in a region but it didn't work, is there a way to enable pvp in a region, and the rest of the world has pvp disabled?

    enable pvp for the world
    disable pvp in that worlds _global_ region (look up the exact name of it)
    enable pvp in the subregion
