   Hello, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to make a plugin for my server. I want a plugin type like Emotions. Like when I type /Hi it would say to the whole server {Player} says hi! I want to be able to make more commands in the Config or in-game. I don't want it to have a prefix but here is an example!

   My Plugin CommandOverride allows you to do this.
   Link is in my signature.
   Just do something like
   /hi:
   - 'broadcast:<player> says hi!'
