Effect Plugin

    Suggested name: CrazyEffects

    What I want: Crazyeffects would be an awesome plugin if created this is different from ferryeffects and sparktrails becuase you would be able to give out a permission for each effect. Effects could be Hearts, Ender, Fire, Rain, Smoke, Portal, Spell
    This would add a whole better aspect to more fun servers! I bet it would be popular

    Ideas for commands: /effect [Effect name] /efect remove /effect list

    Ideas for permissions: effect.add.[Effectname] , effect.remove , effect.list , effect.*

    cnniillaa Why not request the permissions at those existing plugins?

    Becuase people already have and i could only find one plugin [ferryeffects] that was updated

    Oh yes and one thing i forgot to mention.. The plugins spam the effects a slower effect would be better
