    BlockControl is a economy plugin which allows players to setup an area and make money off of it. It provides a more economy-realistic experience in the sence that land owners can charge players for their blocks. Area and block costs can both be set ingame with a few commands.

    Features
    • Allows players to charge other players to break owned blocks.
    • iConomy support (possibly BOSEconomy in the future).
    • SQlite and MySQL support.
    • Permissions support.

    so, how do i create a mine?/farm (selecting and commands)

    Plugin is not finished. But for create a mine you should run a command, then make a cuboid, and youæll be able to get money when players mine inside that area.

    I don't get how to use it. Will the cuboid be built into the plugin, or will players have to use a seperate plugin?

    I think it would be best to integrate it. Some servers might not want worldedit, for trust/security reasons or otherwise

    Maybe an alternative will be add support for WorldEdit, but have integrated as default.

    You don't need to have WorldEdit activated to have other plugins use it, since you can just have it in a folder so it isn't loaded, and plugins are just loaded there OR you could just disable WorldEdit for your players...

    Or just go with convenience and simplicity, and add one in.

    Trying that, now. Have to use SQLite and MySQL for save regions. I am working on this plugin now, hope to release so soon as possible :)

    If you think that's easier... But World Edit has a client side HUD.

    That's a point. But if i am going to implement support for WorldEdit this should be in some future releases, think i create an impleented first ;)

    Yea, but that requires having users mod their client.

    And you should really add support for priorities.
    For example an iron ore would cost 100(configurable) while regular stone just 1 :)

    Going to add price setting for each block, and maybe support this for each region too.

    Each region should have different prices. One area may charge 10 for diamond, and another may charge 12. This creates realistic compitition. The prices shouldn't be universal prices.

    I know, the problem is to implement it. Think user should be able to set default prices in the settings file, also the prices regions use if none is set.

    BTW: Got the default functionality work now. Users is able to create regions, and plugin only take money for block inside this regions. Think the prices should wait. First i need to have support for owners and not take money from them when they mine blocks. :)

    Yea, owners should not be charged when mining their own blocks. At the sametime, make it so the block breaks permanently if the owner breaks it, but is replaced if an other users breaks it. That function can come later, but the owner breaking infinite blocks for free would be an easy dupe glitch in the plugin.

    Yes. But i don't want block to be replaced by default, think it's dupe glitch too. And it's not fair that a player get infinite money when people mine... But think it could be added as a option in config file. :)
