Plugin Request Dw20/ftb worldguard anti-grief

So towny's cant be griefed but it seems regions can be made by worldguard. A plugin we used use to have worldguard support and helped keep it safe but now it doesn't.. I don't need a super fancy plugin. I just need one that can maybe kick a player if they join a specific region with a specific item and maybe return them to spawn or something so they aren't spammed kicked or able to remove the item on enter and return on exit. Which ever is easiest. Thanks for reading and hope it isn't too much trouble or perhaps you know of a plugin that already exists that is like that? (I couldn't find any plugin like this) If so just let me know the name or a link~
